words_150wApart from an amount of hands-on training which they include by default, our Quotations for building CMS Websites and Bespoke Applications show a clear statement of the cost of the User Documentation which we can provide for you.

Documentation is always a tricky issue and is often seen as a costly and potentially unnecessary overhead. Our answer to this is, if you don’t want it just tell us and we will remove it from the Quotation. That doesn’t mean that we won’t help you if you have problems, or simply haven’t needed to do a particular job for so long that you’ve just forgotten how to, you can call us and get help and we will invoice you at our current hourly rate.

One instance where we do strongly recommend that User Documentation is an extremely worthwhile investment is where you have a Bespoke Application built for a number of Users, particularly if they are all remote workers.

If you choose to pay for User Documentation it will be customised to your CMS or Bespoke Application, showing images of your screens – not generic screens – and taking you through each of your individual day-to-day processes step-by-step. User Documentation is normally delivered in pdf format, but other arrangements can be made.
