That is to some extent up to you, and also dependent on the size of your project. If we are building you a completely new website we would rarely take on your project without at least having met you face-to-face once. If we are building you a bespoke application this normally involves a number of face-to-face meetings, initially to understand the processes we will be automating for you and subsequently to demonstrate the application during the prototyping process we normally apply to such projects. |

What does "prototyping" mean? |

It means that when we develop a website or a bespoke application for you we set a series of milestones at which you will have the opportunity to see what has been achieved so far, to discuss with us what you like or don't like about the design, layout etc, and to review how the development is progressing against the original specification and make any necessary tweaks. |

Will I need to be able to understand a load of technical jargon? |

No. We are not here to blind you with technobabble. |

After installation am I on my own? |

No. We provide an initial "handholding" period for all websites and bespoke applications we deliver and after that ongoing support arrangements can be agreed if required. |
