If I ask W-Squared for an estimate what does it include? |

It covers our estimated costs for the time we would need to spend working on your project, including (as applicable) analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, delivery and specified training. |

Once I have accepted an estimate might the price change? |

That would be very unusual. It might happen if during the project you identified a new requirement which wasn't part of the original specification and it would take a significant amount more work on our part to meet it, but in that case we would inform you immediately the new requirement came to light. |

If I ask for a post-installation support contract what will it include? |

Our ongoing support responsibilities and service level will be agreed with you on an individual basis and set out in a Software Support Agreement. |
